Re-sending the Account Invitation Link
Users must select the invitation link that they receive on their registered email and logon to their iManage Share account to activate it. If a user has accidentally deleted the account invitation link, the account status appears as Created.
Select the icon next to your name at the top.
Select Settings, then select the Users tab.
Use the Search bar to find the Created user account from the list of available users, and select the user name.
You can use one of the following ways to resend the account invitation link:
Resend Invitation E-mail: an invitation link is emailed to the user on the registered email address.
View Invitation Link: enables you to copy the invitation link to a clipboard and share the same with the user for account activation.
