Creating a Document Shortcut

You can create document shortcuts on iManage Share that enables you to find your documents easily.

  1. Hover over a document and select images/download/thumbnails/1638805/More_Actions.png > images/download/thumbnails/1638805/Create_Shortcut_Option.png . (Optional) Right-click the document and select images/download/thumbnails/1638805/Create_Shortcut_Option.png , or open the document and select images/download/thumbnails/1638805/More_Actions.png > images/download/thumbnails/1638805/Create_Shortcut_Option.png .
    The Choose Target Folder screen is displayed.

  2. Select a desired location for the document shortcut and select Create.
    A shortcut for the selected document is created.

NOTE:

You can create shortcuts of the same document within multiple folders.
