Moving or Copying a Document to Another Location

You can move or copy a single document or multiple documents from one location to another on iManage Share.

Moving a Document

  1. Hover over a document and select the images/download/thumbnails/1638825/Move.png icon. (Optional) Right-click the document and select images/download/thumbnails/1638825/Move_Option.png , or open the document and select images/download/thumbnails/1638825/More_Actions.png > images/download/thumbnails/1638825/Move_Option.png .
    The Choose Target Folder screen is displayed.

  2. Select the destination folder where you want to move your document and select Move.

Your document is moved to the new location.

NOTE:

Only a user with Owner or Co-Owner access can move a document to a different folder. You cannot move the documents owned by users outside your company.

Copying a Document

  1. Hover over a document and select the images/download/thumbnails/1638825/Copy.png icon. (Optional) Right-click the document and select images/download/thumbnails/1638825/Copy_Option.png , or open the document and select images/download/thumbnails/1638825/More_Actions.png > images/download/thumbnails/1638825/Copy_Option.png .
    The Choose Target Folder screen is displayed.

  2. Select the destination folder where you want to copy your document.

  3. Select Copy.

Document is copied to the new location.
