Editing Notification Preferences

iManage Share enables you to select your notification preferences for various activities of a folder that you have subscribed to.

1. Select the icon next to your name at the top.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Edit next to Settings at the bottom on the My Profile tab.
   The Notifications tab is displayed.

4. Clear the Use Default Settings check box to reveal the following options:

   1. Email Delivery: By default, Individual Email option is selected and you receive an email notification for all the folder activities.
      If you choose Daily Digest, you can specify the time of the day that you want to receive notification about folder activities.

   2. Notification Events: By default, all the options are enabled except the Preview Document and Download Document.
      These features enable you to track your folder activities.

   3. Subscriptions: By default, the Automatically enable notifications (Subscribe) when folder is shared with me is disabled.
      You can enable this feature to automatically subscribe to the folder that another user shares with you.

5. Select Save to apply the changes.
